This class provides all the benefits of a traditional yoga practice while being mindful of those with mobility limitations, or for anyone who simply wants a gentle, supportive session. All movements are performed from the comfort and safety of a chair, eliminating the need to get up and down from the floor.

In this class, you will:

  • Increase Mobility & Flexibility: Gently stretch your neck, shoulders, back, and hips to release tension and improve your range of motion.

  • Build Strength & Stability: Engage core muscles and strengthen your legs and arms through simple, supportive movements.

  • Improve Posture: Focus on aligning your spine and shoulders to promote better posture and reduce back pain.

  • Enhance Breathing & Relaxation: Connect with your breath through mindful breathing exercises, helping to calm your nervous system and reduce stress.
